The Rhayader Hills were alive with the sound of pounding feet on tarmac, 10 of them belonging to 5 Sarn Helen Runners as they took to the starting line at the Rhayader Round The Lakes 10K and 30K races.

There have been three rounds of the 2023 club championshop that have now taken place, Teifi 10 back in April, Dyffryn Cledlyn on the 8^th of May and most recently the Sarn Helen Hill Race Festival.

Parc Pont-Y-Pwl, Pontypool was the final venue for this year’s John H Collins Gwent Cross Country League series, this is a series of 5 races held over the Winter months in 5 different locations hosted by different running clubs covering South Wales and crossing the border into England.
